  • I love to cook, and found it very difficult at the beginning of my new healthy eating, Being restricted on calories, i have to really think before planning and preparing my meals. This has given me the inspiration to become more creative in the kitchen.
  • During my time of the month, i tend to eat smaller, more frequent meals throughout the say.This way i dont have to go too long in between eating, and i can have my last bit of calories about an hour or so before bed, making it easier to make it to the next morning.I end up feeling less hungry that way.

  • I'm 5"11 just finished losing 33 pounds, but need to lose more. My lowest weight was 180 and i was very happy with it, but havent seen that weight for many, many years. I am shooting for 190-200.   • I just go on line and find healthy recipes or low calorie recipes. When i am ready to prepare my meals for the week, i go on, choose what looks good, make my list, then go shopping. It's amazing what you can find on line.

  • I log my workouts, but i will usually only log my cooking if i am (cooking up a storm).   • I have lost a total of 33 pounds since Sept/14, i try and do a bit of exercise, but i had a knee injury, that prevents me from doing alot of different exercises. I have pain on a regular basis.I try and keep active, but its not always possible,with the pain. Most of the weight was lost with just watching what i eat.
