Club house sodium free vegetable seasoning, i put it on everything! I also use black pepper, cinnamon, sage, poultry seasoning, basil, oregano, garlic, and whatever else i can get my hands on. I love flavorful food, so i have a full cupboard dedicated to spices, and experiment a lot when i cook!

Sorry i have been MIA for the last little bit. Have been trying to get my stuff together. All is going well, but i am really looking forward to spring and spending more time outdoors exercising. I am fed up of being cooped up in the house. I went out and looked for a winter coat again this weekend. I have been trying to…

I am on Synthroid and have been for 37 years. I also had most of my thyroid removed at the age of 16. I have had problems losing weight in the past, but this time around it went really well. I made one change at a time, worked with it a bit, then did another change. I started working out slowly, and cut down portion sizes.…

I quit in 1998, and was a 1-2 pack a day smoker. Yes i gained weight after i quit, but not as much as i could of i guess. I tried to find things to keep my hands busy. I took up knitting, drawing, playing games on the computer, etc. Too bad i didnt take up exercising, that would have been a good way to keep me occupied.!!…

I can understand how you feel, but please try not to!!! This journey is for you, and you alone. You need to do this to be healthier, and happier. Do whatever it takes to get there. Portion control, and weighing the pros and cons of your choices.!!! I eat many of the things that i used to eat, but now it is in moderation. I put much more thought into what i put in my mouth, where as before i would just grab and go! I make sure that what i choose will fit into my calories for the day. I am much more…
