Not an easy time to lose weight when its THAT TIME OF THE MONTH,the cravings can be unbelievable. I weigh myself every morning before tea. I log it on Fridays, but i like to see what my body is doing throughout the week. My weight fluctuates alot from day to day, and this gives me a good indication of where and when i retain the most fluids.

I usually gain anywhere from 3-6 pounds. I still weight myself and record it , but do not punch it in on MFP. About a week in ,the bloating finally finishes and i reweigh myself. As long as i dont over due the eating during that time, i can still manage to lose some weight during that week.
