Moderation. I ate 200.63 teaspoons of sugar in 3 days not including breakfast, lunch or dinner - thats about 70-75 teaspoons of sugar a day. i wish i knew how to eat in moderation but i struggle and i don't want to give up but it is hard

I feel the same. I always eat when im not hungry usually because im a comfort eater and all i do is eat,eat, eat..... I try so hard to be good to myself but i can't.
