When I did it the first time I couldn't even run for a minute straight. You have to be really strict with sticking to the program as hard as it can get (the first time I did 8 minutes I about died). Knowing you can do 10 minutes with no trouble is awesome - even if compared to a lot of fitter people that's nothing.

I want to join C25K again (I got to 15minutes comfortably last time) but I can't for a few days because I just got my wisdom teeth taken out. Motivated but not capable right now :(

I have noticed a lot of shirts and tops I couldn't wear anymore because of my weight gain are fitting me again! My hips/thighs were the slowest to slim down the last time I lost weight as well but this gives me hope!

What a huge slow down this week, it's really upsetting. My goal was 165 by June and I'll lucky to even be close to 175 by then :(…

I am pretty frustrated - I lost weight before (gained it all back :( ) and went from a 16 to a 10 after losing 45lbs. That's 3 standard dress sizes down! I am currently down 26lbs (14lbs for this challenge) and still can't get into the jeans size down. I am pretty baffled by this. My current jeans are super loose but still…

GW: 145 Struggles - It feels like I'm not losing any weight even though I look at the scale each week and obviously I am. I feel like I should be losing more, and faster, though I know I have to be…

GW: 145 Struggles - I had more cheat meals this week with family, but fortunately it didn't seem to do too much damage. I noticed I am becoming more mentally relaxed about my diet which will kill it so I have to recoup and…

I am finally back to losing after I spent a full week stalled with a minor gain at the end - I was sick for 2 weeks and then had to curb the rebound. I used to be a total binge eater - and honestly still am when not actively controlling it. The things I do personally to manage it without feeling horrible: - I treat a day…

I already do this :) I effectively cut out any drinks that aren't water in early March - had black tea and broth when I was sick, and I have the occasional diet coke (maybe 5 in the last month) but otherwise water is the go to. Can we have alternative challenges for people already doing the main one?

I've heard that roughly 15lbs is the difference between dress sizes for women - in a very general sense. I'm down 20 pounds as of today and still fit some of my clothing perfectly well. Others are noticeable looser. It depends on the type of clothing and where the fat is coming off. I'm about to start looking into a jeans…

SW: 200 W1: 194 (25.3.16) W2: 195 (31.3.16) GW: 245 Struggles: Expected to gain because I lost the initial 6 pounds during a week I had tonsillitis and ear infection. I'm trying to make sure it doesn't jump up too much post illness. Not too upset with this result. :)

Mar 19:SW-200 Mar 25:CW-194 Sep 01:GW-155 - I have been sick all week so in all likelihood a one-time large loss. Won't be surprised if I gain next week.

I'm down for this. CW: 200 GW: 145 I also have an intermediate goal of 165 by June
