I'm 1.4 lbs loss away from "amount of cheese an average American eats in a year". My goal is to lose another (3 more lbs. than a) "elephants penis" for a total loss of (2 lbs. over) "a newborn calf".

I like to add mayo (made with olive oil), onions, canned jalapenos, yellow mustard and some cut up celery. Put that on some bread and I'm good to go! :)
