  • I love hooping! Make sure to mix up your hooping routines otherwise the calorie burn slows down. Lots of good hooping tutorials on YouTube and do everything on both sides. Off the body stuff is fun too and can tone arms.

  • I was totally going to recommend Cleo's Rockin Legs N Abs! I actually just finished my workout from it. She's awesome. I have her other pole video, but it teaches more choreography than how to do specific moves. Its fun to follow along but you need to be about an intermediate poler and already know how to do the moves.
  • I love lyra! My classes are mostly focused on silks but I'm hoping to start on lyra specific ones soon! I also pole dance. If you like lyra I def recommend trying out pole too. A lot of it translates well.
