  • Hi guys, I'm new at myfitnesspal and tomorrow I'm starting my new meal plan. It's around 1300 - 1500 calories low card diet, and a cheat day. Also I'm planning to workout at least 4 times a week, 30 minutes of high intensity cardio and 50 minutes of pilates reformer. For me it's super hard to work out during the holidays…
