I'm back on keto again as of today. I'm sure there's some real psychological explanation for it, but I don't know why that the first time I did keto I was a rock star and as soon as I took a day off, it's been a "back on and off" thing ever since! It's frustrating and I'm hoping to stick with better this time!

Def see a certified dietitian! They have to take a special BA degree and pass certifaction. Honestly, anyone can call themselves a nutritionist.

My biggest hurdle is actually tracking my food. I find it tedious and annoying a lot of the time.
