Oooh ... this is perfect for me! I really need to start slow, so I can handle walking! New here and would love some friends - send me requests!! Can it be a leisurely walk for now? I'm very large, and don't want to start off with anything I can't stick with, I'd just like to take it slow at first.

I have a question for those that aren't fans of the 21 day fix ... I've always had a difficult time figuring out how many carbs/protein/fats I'm eating a day until the end where I see how off kilter I am! And this is by adding many colorful veggie/fruits to my daily intake. Seems like carbs are always my biggest problem…
