I'm just starting out so I probably won't make the 4 lbs by 30 June but I can still try! I can't do anything too severe calorie-wise since I'm still breastfeeding and I have some postpartum issues that make strenuous exercise...uh, leaky :/ Looking forward to the weekly weigh-ins too!

My daughter is more than seven months now but I haven't lost anything since the initial postpartum fluid loss which is why I've joined MFP to track my calories and motivate myself! She's breastfed and being introduced to solid foods. I set my initial calorie goal at 2000 and will adjust down as needed.
