I try to limit myself to one cup of black coffee in the morning, then tea for the rest of the day. I prefer coffee, but too much makes me feel tired and crabby by the afternoon.

Quest Bars. Anything with low sugar, high protein. Pure Protein also makes bars with 1-2 grams of sugar and they are cheaper. The sugar is the killer when you choose a bar.
