Thank you so much! I've been working out 2-3 times a week, walking/jogging 3 times a week, and averaging 1500 calories a day (with just one or two slip-ups) for three weeks, and the scale hasn't gone down at all :( I'm glad this forum is here to keep me motivated!

Done for the day! Not gonna lie, I did skip the burpees... but I did a 35 minute Body Project workout on Youtube, so I feel okay about that. How's everyone else doing?

I'll do it- it'll definitely help keep me motivated, because I've been working out and watching my calories for three weeks (with a few slip-ups...) and haven't seen any progress AT ALL!
