DebJB30 Monday Weigh in Week 4 PW = 167.4 CW = 167.9 I guess it could have been worse with Christmas. My goal this week with traveling and family celebrations was to maintain, and I can't complain too much about half a pound.

DebJB30 Monday Weigh in Week 3 PW = 165.6 CW = 167.4 Well, life got busy, I got a new job, and I wasn't tracking (mostly) or really paying attention. I didn't even weigh in last week. But now I have to get back to it & re-focus. I'm determined get off the yo yo pattern and make it stick this time.
