Crunchy Peanut Butter is my go to. They make a great filler when I'm coming in low on calories, or need a pick-me-up between meals.

I'd likely just get sick if I ate before hitting the gym in the morning. I do much better working out first and eating after. I tend to be less prone to overeating this way, too.

That's what I was just about to suggest. Been doing it for a few months and have been pleased thus far. If you're eating at a deficit, you won't be packing on pounds of muscle, but it'll definitely be toning up what you've got and making it more efficient.

It's like asking me to pick a favorite child. If held at gun point I'm a boob guy, but in non-life threatening situations, I'm more than happy to appreciate either and/or (even better) both.
