Pretending to work and counting down to the weekend

I've been making tuna salad with hummus, relish, and hot sauce. It could probably use something else, but for something quick I can throw together on a lunch break it's not bad.

Huevos Rotos (Eggs, potatoes, chorizo, pablanos)

Pan fried striped bass adobo with steamed vegetables.

Big on chicken

Last night was a chicken stew with winter vegetables and some bread

I work out in the garage, so when I'm lifting I wear shoes. When kickboxing I wear socks. Hate the way the garage floor feels on my feet.

Just imagine having a scar and long balling.

I have a habit of messing with my coworkers during web meetings by dressing up.

I can happily switch between coffee (black) and tea. Though I'm probably a total heathen since I take my tea without sugar. Just give me my lapsang suchong straight and I'm good.

Oh yeah. All bushy again

It's weird, but I can do the treadmill just fine. Put me on a stationary bike and I lose my mind. Not sure why but the bikes absolutely repel me me.

Wasn't a tip so as much as getting some blood work back and the PA being like "So, you're glucose is a little high. It's not a guarantee for diabetes but we should keep an eye on that..."
