Thanks Kevin! Did you experience any muscle loss? I have for sure. I went from moving around all day everyday to sitting, and my muscles just can't take the heat. I'm in the gym now, and I have the motivation, but the knowledge isn't there... and frankly, I start to psych myself out! But I can see the weight accumulating…
