I'm down 33 pounds!!! I started the 5:2 diet on 9/20/16 at 252.6 pounds. Today, 02/01/17 my weight is 219.0 pounds. Along with the Fast diet I have been walking an average of 11000 steps a day. I took a break during the holidays but still tried to keep it reasonable. My next goal is under 200 pounds.
