Are you trying to lose weight :) ?
-
Thanks! And yes I know eating is my main issue :(
-
Alright, I moved dips up on my list!! I didn't really pay that much attention to the order of my exercises on push/pull days because I was tired haha :) Thanks so much!

Trying my best! Thanks!! :)
-
My new and improved list!! Tomorrow is pull day :)
-
It's pretty much like a bench press, laying down on the bench, but with dumbbells. :) Ok! I moved pull-ups to the top of the list. For my deadlifts, I don't go extremely heavy. I go heavy enough where I can only do 4-6 reps on the sumos, but I lighten them for the straight leg ones so I can feel more of the burn on my hams…

Thanks :)!!! I made changes to my plan. I'm just a bit intimidated to do the shoulder press without the machine haha. I replaced push ups w/ chest fly machine (I don't like push ups anyways hehe  .) I also took your advice and put the pull-downs after rows and pull ups. Today was definitely a bad food day... I think…

My goal is to get stronger and build muscle (or tone, if that's what you mean.) I don't really care if I gain weight/fat because that can always be lost :) I have a really hard time gaining weight so I'm not sure if I want to try really hard to bulk again. I've been trying to gain for 2 months but I've been stuck at…

Hi! 5'5 116lbs weight trainer here! I don't do any cardio out of what I get through weight training haha :open_mouth: I work out about 3-4x a week and am trying to build muscle and gain weight! Feel free to add :)
-
I can see how it can relax you.... But not sure it'll make you lose weight. Just work out! Weight training is the best.

I only ever binged when I was struggling with eating disorders for a span of 4 years. I wasn't putting enough nutrients in my body, not even close to enough, so I felt massive cravings and when I let myself eat, I'd eat everything. Now I weight-train, eat good food regularly and never deprive myself. I never over-eat…

It's not a "new life" it's a change in your diet and how often you move your body. Don't make yourself anxious by coining it as something huge and terrifying! It really isn't a "big deal" in the sense that you dont have to take it on all at once. You can take baby steps, still eat what you want, work out a little bit more.…

I struggled with 4 years of anorexia, and finally recovered earlier this year. I was constantly hungry during and after recovery (minus some times where I was too nauseous to eat for some reason.) It's perfectly normal. You might want to consider taking supplements/vitamins because deficiencies can make you have cravings…

You wont be cold once you start working out. :open_mouth:

Hmm.. Well I recovered from anorexia of 4 years so my weight CHANGE (not loss) has definitely made me more likely to stay away from unhealthy friends (those who are unhealthily trying to lose weight.) It made me appreciate my BF more, mostly because he helped me to overcome the illness. If it weren't for him I'm not sure…

I'm decently active (sometimes I forget though!) feel free to add me. :)

Are you still recovering or have been recovered for 3 years :open_mouth: ? Haha bootybuilding! Make sure you include using weights!

It's not really possible to spot-reduce, but if you build muscle and lose a bit of body fat, you'll definitely look toned everywhere! I do weight-training at the moment, but have ordered resistance bands to work out at home. You can do SO many weight training exercises with resistance bands (with a door anchor or tied…
