I always overeat when I'm tired. A freezer full of homemade/prepped dinners and an afternoon coffee daily changed everything for me. I love the book Fix Freeze Feast for healthy bulk freezer meals.

More protein, more water, and a 20 minute lunchtime walk outside (rain or shine) really helps me stay alert every day. I used to get so tired before that. I think the water and the walk are the most important for me.

I've lost 5 pounds total and I've been doing this for about 6 weeks. Try to adjust your expectations, or you're going to be really frustrated.

I always eat at least 2%, never nonfat. I am much more satiated and the increase in calories is worth it. I cover the top with blueberries and drizzle a little honey on it. I'll also use it instead of sour cream in lots of things (but not mayo).

I usually make enough dinner for leftovers, or take a sandwich wrap with some fruit and mini crackers/pretzels. Soups are also quick. My favorite cookbook for lunches/breakfasts to take to work is "So Easy" by Ellie Krieger.
