You can try a bagel thin, they make "everything" flavored and they are 110 calories. They are good just plain or you can add some jam/cream cheese/PB

I will bake mine like a potato in the oven then. cut in half and sprinkle with some cinnamon

i don't have any personal experience but my husband lifts to gain and he has a mass gainer protein he uses to supplement caloric intake
