Fool.

Fun fact, there is approximately 148 calories per 150g of kangaroo meat. Who knew?
-
I sincerely hope I didn't mis-read what you said and called the vast majority of MFP users fools for counting calories.

I like them. It's a easy go to when you don't have time to fix lunch before work.

Good one

WTH? I typed way more than that. I'm going to do Ripped in 30 during my lunch break and 30DS this evening to make up for my missed day

Missed my workout last night

It is an eye opener. If you're serious about losing weight, invest in a food scale. You'd be shocked at how much 2 oz of pasta isn't

Kentucky Fried Chicken. OMG I love that $#!t

I was successful losing weight with WW. Even though WW calls itself a points system, it is still calorie counting. They've just converted it into a handy dandy number system for easy use. If you make something easy, people will be more likely to stick with it. Having said that, I prefer MFP over WW. It's basically the same…

Land O Lakes fat free half and half. There's about 10 calories per tbsp. Do 4 tbsp of that, 1 tsp of sugar and you've got a 64 calorie coffee

It's only been 2 months. What's the rush? I noticed a big reduction in milk production when I started exercising regularly. Focus on your baby first and then worry about losing the weight

I can honestly say that I've never lost weight with the thought of landing a man in mind. I wasn't overly skinny (okay, I was a little soft) when I met my now husband. He liked me just the way I was. Now that we're married and have 2 kids, part of my motivation is to look good for him and I don't want to be the fat mom who…

Copy that, but it's a pretty unconventional way of getting the point across.

Woke up at 4:30 this morning (ugh) and started level 2. I'm going to the fair tonight so I figured I wouldn't be exercising after work tonight. Who knows though. Maybe I'll be motivated to do two rounds of level 2 today

Huh?

Great video!!! Thank you for sharing. This is a real eye opener for those who think they're tracking everything. Oh, and I also want some of that isotope water. How cool would that be if we could do that at home?
-
I see no fault in this logic. What specifically are you getting after here OP? Telling the MFP community that we're inaccurately tracking our calories? Because I'm pretty sure it's worked extremely well for a ton of people on this site.

Water

This. Also, why don't you start with small portions? If you eat it all and feel full, great! If you're still hungry, go back for a little more. That why you're not throwing food away.
-
What are these toxins you speak of? Isn't that the reason we have livers?
-
This. Also, I would strongly recommend reading the "most helpful posts" in the general diet and weight loss forum. TONS of good info if you're going to get serious about dropping some lbs
-
Thanks. I was literally just researching this subject and debating whether I should post a question to the community, but this takes care of it.

It gets easier the further into level 1 you get, but then you hit day 11, level 2 and you think you're doing good, but level 2 kicks your *kitten*. It's all good. Well worth the effort.

Now that you've done the cycle more than twice, what results have you seen? How many inches? The last time I did it, I think I lost about 2 in my hips, 1 on the waist. It's been a while though so I don't remember exactly. But I do remember being super happy with the results.

One glass of wine, no big deal. Make it fit into your daily limit. I think where people get into trouble is when they binge drink. I can easily put away 5-6 beers in an evening. That comes out to about 900 calories. I can't drink just one, because where's the fun in that? If I'm gonna drink I want to catch a buzz. So, me,…

Always my fat free coffee (4 tbsp fat free half and half, 1 tsp sugar and 16 oz coffee) and a small banana. Then to complement that either lower sugar oatmeal, a peice of toast w/ 16g of peanut butter, a home made egg mc muffin or an English muffin with 2 tsp of butter. I usually come in around 350-400 calories for…

Everyday, sometimes more than once a day. I like to see how much I weigh at different times of the day. I only count my morning weight though.
