Question about Intermittent Fasting
I want to try intermittent fasting. For now I'm doing 14 hours of fasting and 10 hours of eating. My question is, do I have to strictly stick to that or does it really matter. Meaning if I go 15 hours fasting one day, 16 the next and 14 the next day, will it make any difference?

Where does the weight go?
I know weight fluctuates and we typically weigh more in the evening than we do in the morning, but where does that weight go while we sleep? I'm mean, I'm pretty sure I don't sweat out 4 pounds when I'm sleeping. Does it just evaporate? I know this is kind of a dumb question, but I am seriously curious.

Daily Calorie Goal set by MFP
I set my goals to lose 1.5 lbs/week with exercise 5 x a week for 30 mins. I'm 5'10" and currently weigh 215. MFP set my caloric intake at 1,470 which seems a little low, but maybe it's not? Could I have my goals set in correctly?
