Where does the weight go?

I know weight fluctuates and we typically weigh more in the evening than we do in the morning, but where does that weight go while we sleep? I'm mean, I'm pretty sure I don't sweat out 4 pounds when I'm sleeping. Does it just evaporate? I know this is kind of a dumb question, but I am seriously curious.

There is moisture in your breath and you sweat. If you weigh yourself right before bed and as soon as you wake up, those are the only two answers.0

So sweat really is fat crying! All the more reason to get a good nights sleep, breathe deep and work up a good sweat when you work out.0

The body will still burn calories whilst sleeping... water loss through breathing and sweating.
That, and drooling.0
