Well, if you want to eat pizza and fast carbs in your diet, be my guest. Don't get me wrong, I love pizza etc. I didn't look through that many pages, but I didn't see his macros posted anywhere.

Was referring to eating clean...You're going to eat more complex carbs when you bulk and less carbs more vegetables when you cut.

Sure, they did!...Of course that would be crazy if all you ate was hamburgers, fries, pizza, sodas, which @100_proof_ was inferring...Saying that calories are calories...Sure if you had a couple cheat meal a week no big deal, but to eat the above foods and expect to get results is foolish...
