I have the same weight loss and muscle gain that anyone eating a "nutrient dense" diet would while enjoying all cuts of beef.

Yessss.. I would not want to eat 5 servings of chicken ... sometimes I do not even want one serving of chicken. I like the flavor of the fat in my burger and that fat will give me energy to lift later.

You seem to want to pick on others because they do not believe as you do. As long as my carb, protein and fat macros are spot on, I am losing/maintaining weight while having the energy fueled by yummy food to enjoy a happy life. x

I had eggs, cheese, bacon and sausage for brekky with heavy whipping crème in my coffee. I will have a triple bacon cheeseburger after the gym. If I am gonna die soon, I am gonna die happy x

Mmmmm I have a double or triple burger with cheese and bacon a few times a week ... still losing weight. Also had beer and Girl Scout cookies, keeping within my calories, and still losing weight. My $6 bratwursts are yummy too :)

No "bad age" to lose weight. Definitely track everything.

Coffee is my breakfast. Eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage ... whatever ... is my second breakfast around noon. As others said, it does not matter what time you eat. Just keep within your calories/macros. Mmmmm now I want bacon

Yes, that counts for something :) I stay in the 30 - 80g a day. I do not like to put a label on my eating habits, but I do tend to stay lower carb while eating higher fat and protein foods
