Once the gyms closed last year, I became less focused on myself as well. Gained 20 pounds. So glad the gyms are opened once again. You know what you need to do and what works for you .... You've got this! Sign up for that race!

I think you may be in the market for a newer version soon as other apps will also become unavailable. As far as MFP glitches go, I've been here over 7 years and have yet to see anything run smoothly ... app or web version :-)

I love all the flavors too!!! Sometimes I use a teaspoon of Stevia if I need it to be more sweet. Chocolate Raspberry creamer and White Chocolate Macadamia are just right for me :) But, I always add a tablespoon of heavy whipping cream to get a nice creamy, fatty flavor and I am usually satisfied. My coffee is 85 - 105…

This is basically what I’m trying to do ... trying my hardest to stay away from the gym and from doing lower lifts so I can assess. Will be two weeks this Monday so I’m hoping it will begin to improve quickly :)

Oh, I totally understand you. I normally do not do isolation work. My routine consists of squats, deadlifts, barbell row. OHP and bench press. But since it hurts to do the squats and deadlifts, I was wondering if I should do the curls and extensions to keep my legs active ....

What do you think would be more balanced for leg work? Back row, bench press and OHP are still in my routine, but I’m planning on taking a week or two off from lifting since I have a race coming up.

Ugh ... sounds awful :( I am hoping for the best. I get a little sad thinking I won’t be able to lift for awhile and I’ll lose the muscles I’ve gained in the past months :neutral:

Mmmmm yum! I don’t care for coconut as much except in my Samoas but it does make pancakes more tolerable for me. I like chocolate chips in my pancakes

My eggs taste better with butter or bacon grease. I like pancakes in coconut oil.
