That's what I thought. :frowning:

Gotcha. When I'm faced with all the options I feel overwhelmed. Lol.

Does anyone know if the pistachio flavor is any good? I'm curious.

I'm a sucker for the peanut butter/chocolate combo. I was able to get two because they were on sale and I had coupons. I need to check Walmart and see if they have different flavors.

Popped my Talenti cherry last night and tried the Peanut Butter cup. Freaking delicious. When I have enough calories to spare, I'll dig into the sea salt. :D

I really needed to see this thread today. I'm going to a birthday party tomorrow in which there will be smores (which I desperately want and have already added two into my log) and other foods I'm not sure about, but I want to have a good time and partake. I've read enough of the boards to know I don't have much to worry…

I also eat back a portion of my exercise calories. I've just been working so hard for so long that I don't want to blow it. :anguished:

I'm 28, 5'3.5", 107 lbs, bmi is 18.7 and my body fat percentage is 13.4%. I've lost 113 lbs and am currently, very slowly, raising my calories. I'm at 1300 up from 1200. I rum around 30+ miles a week, the elliptical once a week, and 30+ minutes of strength training 5 days a week.

I've been having the opposite problem lately. :frowning: I can't seem to get enough these past two weeks.

I just recently joined this group! And I have to say, Ice never had so much ice cream on hand in my life. My stash so far: Last night was my first taste of Talenti. And my first taste of gelato since '07 (I was in Paris and had Nutella gelato). I tried the Peanut Butter first: I put a warmed FiberOne brownie on the bottom…

I go to lightly salted dried edamame. It satisfies that crunch and the salt. :D
-
It looks like it's discontinued based on their website. I've heard good things about their ice cream though. They don't sell it in my state. :disappointed:
-
A week. I'm still skittish. Lol.
-
I've been adding 100 calories a week. I'm at 1300 now with no gain so I'll up it 100 more next week.

Last year I had one of the ladies at work ask me how I got my arms to look like baby arms. This was before I started strength training, so they were small. Now they're small but muscular.

I live alone and my scale sits out on my counter. Though when my mom found out I was weighing my food she immediately gave me a talk about anorexia. :expressionless:

I used to eat them and I liked them. But I dumped them after joining this site because I wanted a protein bar with more protein than carbs and sugar.

It wasn't too bad. I'm heading to the gym as well. I'll have plenty extra calories to play with.
-
That makes me feel better. I did give up my morning snack today to make extra room for my cashew milk ice cream!
-
I think the calorie count on the Talenti is spooking me. :fearful: Maybe when I up my maintenance calories more. I'm at 1300 right now.
-
I'm thinking maybe I should join this group. I just recently started eating ice cream again (and I haven't had gelato since the summer of '07!). I'll definitely peruse the thread, some of the ice creams that I've seen mentioned so far I've never heard of! And I'm getting more curious about Talenti...

My NSVs have come from my running. This time last year I didn't run and was pretty depressed. But I've run three races since November. Last month I placed first in my age group in my first 5k and this weekend placed first overall in my first 10k! I can also run 14 miles, no problem these days.

I'm interested in starting to lift, but I'm super paranoid I'm going to do something wrong and hurt myself. I figure, after my whirlwind month of half marathons, I'll start. I'm trying not to be so intimidated by the free weight area of the gym. :anguished:

I LOVE LaLoo's! I just finished off a pint of Deep Chocolate last week. I'm trying the So Delicious Cashew Milk Ice cream now. The chocolate truffle and Salted Caramel Blast are delicious! :D I have been eyeing the gelatos lately, too.

I decided not to bother with the low calorie ice creams after being SO disappointed with Arctic Zero. Right now I have two varieties of cashew milk ice cream on hand, and depending on whether it fits, I'll have a quarter cup serving or the full half cup serving. Either way, I'm satisfied. And usually either my fiber or…

I started with smaller weight loss goals. I also started by making small changes that were easy to manage. At one point I figured I'd end up at 160 lbs and be happy with that and while I knew a healthy BMI for my height would lead me to be 120, I figured that was just a pipe dream. But I got to 160. And then 150, and so…

Ironically, that area was the first bit of abdominal fat to go. Then the sides, and then the top down. All that's left is the area right at my belly button. The perfect area to hang over most of my pants. I don't have anymore weight to lose and my BF% is rather low. I'm not looking for abs, just a flat stomach. I…

I started mid January and have discovered so many delicious foods that I can't believe I'd been living without! Edamame and roasted brussel sprouts main among them. Haha.

I lost the first 90 lbs mostly fumbling in the dark for 3.5 years alone (I did lose 20 while following the Special K diet and didn't gain those back even when my weight loss efforts waned for a while). Making better food choices, eliminating 'trigger' foods, and exercising nonstop. I lost the last 25 when I joined this…

I went to Paris on '07 before I was trying to lose weight and I enjoyed PLENTY of food! Don't forget to try the baguettes! But we also did a *kitten* ton of walking (I even took the STAIRS down from the top level of the Eiffel Tower!) and after 2.5 weeks, my family noticed a weight loss. In the coastal region of the Basque…
