i like both. My bf made salmon on the stove. He added a little butter & used lemon juice (Fresh) to fry it in. & seasoned it. Was very good with the lemon cooked into it.

Before my workout I will eat a Energy Bar. Nutrilte Chocolate Nut Roll. After i'll have a Smoothy with Nutrilite Chocolate (Or vanilla) Protein Powder. So good!.

I like both the treadmill & elliptical. I use the Elliptical mon-friday & my weekends are running on the treadmill. What i like about the elliptical is i can burn more calories in same amount of time/easier on joints. It did take me awhile tho to get into using the elliptical.
