I have a similar problem. My nutritionist is having me eat between 1100-1200 calories a day, but some days I really struggle to even reach 1100. I'M SO TIRED OF EATING. Honestly I never thought I would say this, but eating piles of food every few hours (big bowls of fruit, egg muffins, homemade veggie "burrito" bowls, lean meats and tofu) is exhausting

I've had a nasty cold the last week or so. Instead of using that as an excuse to eat like a human trash can and not move, I've been sticking to my meal plans (except for the grilled cheese I had with my tomato soup because...come on) and even showed up for my personal training session today, box of Kleenex in hand!

I've done really well this month (both keeping up with excercise/diet and seeing results) and I'm leaving for vacation for 8 days today. I will NOT be gaining back the 6 pounds I've lost the last three weeks.

If a grocery store sells Quorn products where you live their "chicken" nuggets (meat free protein) taste just like McNuggets. They come frozen so they're a perfect last minute meal.

Eating out is definitely a big challenge for me as well! Also sticking to a regular workout schedule since I travel a lot for work.
