Took a couple days off after I rolled my ankle (not workout related). I was a little worried about starting again with Level 2 today but I did it and for the first time since I started I felt strong and not like I was struggling to keep up!

I ordered a size 10 dress ( I started at a size 18) online that's perfect for my wedding rehearsal dinner because it was the last size they had. It came in the mail today and it fits!!!!! I'm still in shock :D :D :D

I didn't do the meal plan, but I did use the workout videos for it for a couple months and they were pretty good. I liked that they switched up the types of workouts every day without having to buy a bunch of different dvds (strength training, cardio, Pilates, yoga, etc)

I DID IT!!! I made it through Week 5 Day 3 of C25k - The 2 Mile Jog. I needed about five minutes more than the 20 min the app gave me to run it, but I did it!!!!!

@vegmebuff I got the recipe from a book called The Very Veggie Family Cookbook! It was super simple, just some onion and garlic, a can of coconut milk, a can of chopped tomatoes, a couple tablespoons of curry powder, a few spoonfuls of peanut butter and a can of chickpeas!

I absolutely flailed through L1D2 yesterday, then I went on a 15 mile hike. I was dreading Day 3 today but I actually think it went pretty well! @roboliciousbob my fiancé has been saying he was going to do it with me for three days

I love omelettes for clearing out my fridge. This morning I had 3 egg whites with spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, garlic, some salsa and some leftover avocado that needed to be used.

Just came here to say this! I make an unacceptable amount of hummus in my food processor for one person.

I grate a small sweet potato into them and I also do that when I'm making bolognese! I just love the taste and texture it gives them.

To run up the hill by my house without having to take a break! I got lapped today by another jogger and it made the competitor in me furious :p
