Would agree with the moderately loud fan noise description, not likely to disturb through walls. Occasionally the rollers on the bottom near the footrests will squeak - remedy with silicone lubricant spray (i.e. something OK for plastics). Kc5grw - regarding the flaky chest strap HRM, same here.
