Yes. I've been told. 500 calories in one day is kind of rare for me now. It's more of a coping mechanism I have yet to let go of and that's only on days where things are not..okay.

I use food scales on and off. Usually with things that have higher calories or that are unhealthy. Never really measure liquids. Just drink water. Well I go back and forth from eating like 1,300 to 800 minimum. Though there are times I eat about 500 or less, rarely. As far as burning.. I'm not exactly sure I understand your second question.
