It’s a personal choice. People like my 82 y.o. dad have never “exercised” but are in great shape because they naturally move during the day. He doesn’t understand why someone would want to “waste all that good energy at a gym” because he can mow the lawn and do chores with it instead. One size doesn’t fit all.

I lost 3lbs, which means some water, but I’ll take it. I’ve never eaten this much (1500 calories) before to lose. I’ve always set my daily allowance to 1200, which I’ve learned is too low and probably why I haven’t been successful. Yay!!! Had a super amazing dinner last night but went way over my calorie goal. Instead of saying "forget it" and eating everything I want this weekend, I'm counting and journaling my food and getting back on track. It's great to have this for support. Have a great weekend!

You have to try Birch Benders pancake and waffle mix! I bought mine at Costco but they have it on Amazon too. Super easy and wonderful.

Totally normal to lose hair after pregnancy. One of the nice things about pregnancy is getting a beautiful thick head of hair. Unfortunately, hormones change and it thins. Hang in there, you’ll feel like yourself again. Just eat right and TRY to sleep when you can.
