Successes yesterday: I didn't eat what was left on the kids' plates when cleaning up after lunch and dinner. For me that's HUGE. I just had wisdom tooth removed this morning, so while I'm recuperating I'm planning my meals/workouts for the next couple of weeks. Anyone else? Share! :-)
