No you can't. Your calculations are waaaaay off. I burn approximately 385 calories in a 25 run pacing myself at 9:30. There is no way you can burn 1000 calories in a run walk scenario, unless you are doing it for hours.

If you want to look "buff," you have to lift. If you just want to tone muscles, try the "30-Day" apps. They have them for back, abs, butt, squats, pushups, & burbees (maybe more).

When I started losing weight, the first restaurants to go were Chinese Buffets. High in calories. High in transfats. High in MSG. And after gorging myself on chinese food, I'm hungry just a few hours later. Just not worth it. Thai food on the other hand....soooo much tastier and healthier.

15 minutes before the monthly office birthday party, I eat an apple or banana and drink two full glasses of water. By the time the party starts, I'm not even tempted. The bigger temptation is the treats people bring in first thing in the morning and place on the empty desk across from me.

Our office has been filled with baked goods for weeks. I keep banannas & apples in my drawer. My rule is if after eating a fruit, I'm still hungry, I can have 1 treat. I'm never hungry after the fruit.
