It's all about calories in and calories out. I always make sure I have a very big dinner as close to bedtime as possible so I can sleep. I don't usually get hungry until early the next afternoon which works well with 16/8 fasting. I make sure I do not go over my calories each day and I have had no problem losing weight, 60…

I have been drinking a minimum of 10 cups of water a day for the last 4 months. I still have to use the restroom a lot. But, I feel the effects if I don't. I would like to eventually get up to drinking a minimum of 12 cups of water a day.

Maybe instead of focusing on your weight your main focus could be on finishing this challenge. When it ends you will win no matter how much weight you may or may not lose. This is a first step and I hope you will stick with us till the end!!
