Yes I can.... though I hate feeling dependent on a medication... THOUGH I guess I can look at it this way. Benedryl today or any slew of medications tomorrow when I end up diabetic or high blood pressure.. I wishI could go back to the age of 20 when my body worked right and i looked good LOL
