Yeah agreed with jmunn to always juice the pulp ! Something I was taught was to put some of the pulp into your juice, just a little, so that your stomach is eating something as it takes in the nutrients and will also help you feel full :)

Hey I think that's realistic :) Since you're exercising every day I don't see why not. Why don't you try only eating whole foods for that time? (nothing processed) You'll lose a lot of weight. You should watch this documentary http://www.forksoverknives.com/
