How to prepare this porridge?

For reducing my cholesterol, I use 1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal, 2 Tbsp ground golden flax seed, 1 Tbsp Craisins & 1-1/4 cup water. Microwave ~2 mins then add 1 Tbsp coconut oil & 1 Tbsp chia seeds. Top with 1/4 cup lowfat milk. Sometimes I add a little vanilla or almond extract before cooking. Good & filling, provides…
