Just had a look at your diary - you seem to be eating very very little, all the days logged are less than 1200! Are you super short? If not, perhaps you are feeling lethargic due to not fueling your body properly.
-
By "one-a-day", they don't mean "we have all the nutrients you could ever need in one day right in this little pill". You will be seriously lacking in nutrients and fuel for your body. Do not fast for a month.

Just started week 5 today! I'm actually kind of dreading it. Day 1 went fine, but Day 3 asks you to jog 20 min without walking...yeesh! The longest it's had me jog so far is only 5 min! Oh well, we'll see how it goes :p

Couch to 5k is a great place to start! They start out nice and easy. If you get the app, it will tell you when to walk and run :)

This is the theory behind CICO: as long as your calories in (CI) is less than your calories out (CO), you will lose weight. So you want the amount of calories to be less than the amount your body spends to keep you alive + any exercise burns. When using MFP, they calculate your calories based on if you were sedentary and…

28 grams per serving?? :anguished: How awful! I always wondered why people complained about the tiny serving sizes, the cereal I've been buying recently is 59 grams/serving, which fills the bowl (with milk) just fine, but if it were half that...I would be displeased. If you like cranberries, raisin bran has a new cereal…

There's already a bunch of great advice here, but I just want to throw in that weight loss does not rely on your ability to do cardio, dieting alone is sufficient. I hope you feel better soon!
-
When you say you try to have 1000-1200 cal banked on top of what MFP subtracts, do you mean you're eating 1200 less than what MFP is suggesting for weight loss, I.e. 2200 calories less total? Just wanted to clarify. Great job on the loss by the way!

A rule of thumb I've found useful: on rep 3, you should be fine; on rep 7, you should be close to failure. If you're able to do all 10 reps without too much struggle, increase the weight. Oh, and DOMS is delayed onset muscle soreness :) it should go away (or at least lessen) as your body gets used to working out!

Oh my. The comments in this topic... :dizzy:

Double cheeseburger and fries. Pizza and ice cream. All of the pasta and cream sauce and bread. A whole cake to myself.

If weekends are just like your weekdays, why don't you log them? :p I also went back a bit and saw that you didn't log for like 2/3 of December. Holidays are full of yummy but calorie dense foods. If you spent almost a whole month not logging, you could have easily gained back some of the weight you lost.

Me! I also have about 20-25 pounds to go until I hit my goal! As of this moment, I'm already ~40 pounds lighter than I was in middle school and ~30 pounds lighter than I was in high school. It's weird, because I've never been even close to my goal weight...I have NO idea how I'll look. But I know I'll be healthier than…

Just throwing it out there that you may need to talk to a therapist or professional given your history. Try to remember that YOU are the one in control, not the food. It's also often helpful to look back at the times you binged and figure out why you felt you had to. Were you feeling stressed, bored, sad, etc. Then you may…

Oh man this just happened. I was just sitting here, looked over at my arm, and it looked really weird. I poked it and it was...hard! :flushed: And it moved when I flexed! I can actually see my muscles?! I keep poking it every few minutes. This is so exciting!

I've recently started having dreams like this too! Usually it's something like I'm eating something super yummy (last time it was cinnamon pull apart bread :yum: haha) and then realize I had eaten way over my calorie limit and I proceed to freak out. I always wake up feeling sad, disappointed, and guilty...and then…

I'm going to school in New Brunswick

I get mixed reactions when I tell this story because some people say it wasn't technically a date, but I think it's hilarious so I'm going to tell it anyway. This was the summer after I'd graduated high school. I was a "late bloomer" I guess, so at this point I'd only dated two guys and made out like once. Anyway, so I hit…

Right now my goal weight is 120 at 5'3"...but I've never actually been that low at this height, so I have no idea if it's right! I got down to 130 once and still felt like I had a long way to go since I had numerous rolls :anguished: We'll see!

You've gotten some great feedback already, but I just want to point out that this is maybe not the mindset to have with weight loss. Obviously I don't know anything about you, but it's always somewhat dangerous to get into this thought process that weight loss has to happen quickly and soon you'll reach your goal weight…

I'm going to echo everyone else and say: I can definitely tell a difference! Sixty pounds is an AMAZING achievement, many congrats! I lost about 40 pounds a couple years ago, but couldn't really tell a difference. I mean, yeah, I bought new clothes, was able to fit into smaller sizes, whatever, but I didn't FEEL any…

You may need to up your calorie goal, but it's probably also useful to look at what you're eating. Make sure you're eating things that fill you up and keep you full for a while. A calorie is a calorie, but there are foods that will definitely fill me up better than a cookie :p

Everyone's given really great advice, so I guess I'll just reiterate a few things that I found really important: - C25k is great, the app tells you when to run/walk, it's nice and easy. - Go slow. No, really, SLOW. I was barely able to "run" for 90 seconds straight and my boyfriend told me to try to slow down. I thought…

You have to be careful though, it's kind of picky about inputs. One time I tried input: 1 1/2 cups sugar and got MFP match: 16.00 oz Cups Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Snack Cup :joy: Gotta use those decimals!

I'm a 36C and I wear dresses without bras occasionally! Only a certain style of dress though, because mine aren't as perky as some, so I gotta hide that. It's sooo comfy.

I had maple and brown sugar oatmeal for breakfast this morning! Added a little butter and milk too...mmmm :yum:
-
I'm now about 20-25 pounds from my goal...and I can already start to see my ribs. Which means that even when I lose fat from my stomach, I'll never have that nice flat look going on  Genetics, you are the worst! Oh well.
-
Oh I am all about gummy candies, which have little to no fat. I have found, though, that it's easier for me to limit skittles/gummy worms than it is to limit sour skittles/worms. So maybe I'm not craving the sugar so much as the sour? Maybe I'll just suck a few lemons + a little sugar when I get a candy craving next :p
-
Same! I was overweight before I even learned the word "fashion" and always hated shopping, so now that I'm getting to a point where I can actually fit into larges in clothes and feel comfortable with my body...it's exciting! The main reason I have a pinterest/instagram is so I can look at outfits and note the ones I like…
