Hello all! Friday check in calories tracked and under exercise 9k steps...not quite 10k but that's ok!

Exercise: yep, 14k steps, a good leg workout. Food: tracked but about 400 calories over. Could be worse?? :)

Thursday check in: Exercise: 15 minute arm strength, 8k steps--but my goal is always 10k. Calories: did ok with tracking--I know I missed something.
