Fitbit Zip, Misfit Shine or Flash, Jawbone Up Move. Just about all of the trackers that clip on can be worn invisibly. The 4 I mentioned do a great job.

I started on MFP last September. As of a couple days ago I have lost 80 pounds. Get yourself a pedometer and try and walk 10,000 steps a day. It's a great motivation tool. Follow the recommendations of MFP as best as you can. It does work!!! Dedication and commitment are the key. You CAN do it.
