I've found I tend to get hungrier more often, and for more food, on days when I have breakfast. I don't usually feel hungry until after I've first eaten something, so holding off until lunch is no issue and then I enjoy bigger lunches and dinners, and don't feel as snackish in the evening. I just got mine renewed a few weeks ago! It says 120 but I'm already less than 5 pounds away from that, let's hope it'll continue to be inaccurate (the other way) for the next several years :D

I take the One a Day Women's for the calcium boost, since that and iron are consistently low for me otherwise :) I never noticed any difference in how I felt, but have been complimented on my hair and nails looking healthier since I started.

I'm 5'1'' and originally aimed for 110 as my goal- but I'm about 125 now and after putting in lots of work at the gym think 115 might be perfect in the end :) Rather than a firm number I'm more interested in fitting comfortably back in my size 4 clothes (and looking toned in a bikini).
