Italian, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spinach, sweet onion sauce :) Occasionally I bring vegan cheese slices to add in myself.

There are a lot of recipes online for vegan cheese made from cashews, almonds, coconuts, or other plant ingredients that aren't soy. They are way better than a lot of the store-bought soy cheese products!

I usually make sure to get 6-8 hours of sleep per night. I think a sleep tracker is a great idea!
