  • I’ve been on Zepbound for about 6 weeks. I was against it for a long time. I had lost some weight before counting macros and exercising, but for some reason, this time around, I just could not stick with it. I was constantly hungry. 20 minutes after having a normal sized, high protein dinner, I would be hungry again. I…
  • I've been on Zepbound for 5 weeks (which is the same med as Mounjaro, just a different label). The 2.5mg starting dose is mainly just to get your body used to the med. Some people do lose on this dose, but there are many that do not, and do not see losses until they titrate up to higher doses. (Lots of examples of this if…

  • Not that I've noticed yet (at least on my home BP machine). It's only been 2 weeks though (I've lost 6 pounds). My next doctor appointment is in August, after 3 months on Zepbound. They'll recheck everything then, so I'm hoping for some improvement!
  • I am on my 2nd week of Zepbound. Before starting it, I had really been struggling to stick to my calorie/macro goals on my own (which I had done previously with moderate success) because I felt hungry ALL. THE. TIME. I know what I need to do to lose weight, but I was having a really hard time actually doing those things. I…
  • I’m sorry you’re having a hard time. A lot of what you posted sounds very similar. For me, I found that when I started eating enough protein, I lost almost all of my cravings, and don’t feel hungry all the time. I try to get around 150 grams of protein every day (your target may differ - I’m a 300 pound woman, so my…
  • @mpjen16 I’d be happy to check in with you from time to time.
  • Welcome! I’m in Missouri also. Losing 175 pounds is amazing progress! I just restarted on 7/1 at 330 pounds. Currently down about 13 pounds. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like.
  • @SurferGirl1982 Thanks! These are my current calorie and macro goals: I worked with a trainer/macro coach to figure out my initial numbers. It seems like a ton of food, but with a starting weight of 330.2 pounds, it is working great for me. I really focus on hitting my protein goal (or at least getting close). That seems…
  • Hi there! I’m a married mom of 2 boys. I just started tracking my calories and macros on MyFitnessPal on 7/1 (although this is certainly not my first attempt). I’m 5’2” and started out at 330.2 pounds. I’m feeling great right now and have been slowly incorporating exercise back into my life. I’m down a little over 10…
