you have to maintain your car count low to maintain your loss. ESPECIALLY, if you are insulin resistant or carb sensitive. Hoakes explains that nicely.

SQueee. Got my blood work back. Triglycerides and cholesterol are done to normal levels. Liver enzymes are in normal range. Good bye fatty liver disease. All while on a LC HF plan.

If your TSH is one or less, than have your free T3 checked. Are you supplementing with selenium? Synthroid is T4, only. T4 is metabolized to T3 in the liver. You may need a med with T3
