  • Today I started my second attempt of this program. By setting up a step and barbells near the squat rack, and bringing an exercise ball by the row machine, I was able to be pretty efficient in moving from one exercise to the other. I did a little extra cardio afterward, because I'm also working toward a 10K/day step goal.…
