Hi MFP is great for calorie counting and tracking, and should you get VSG (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) you will want to track per your dieticians guidelines.... BUT and a big BUT... I have observed some negative talk about WLS (weight loss Surgery) on these boards...and this site is not full of the specific information…
