I wouldn't mind some friends to share the fight with! I'm a runner getting back into shape after a pregnancy, I think I'm on top of things but there's a saying: if you have a long way to go, travel with friends.

That's a relief, I was starting to think I did something wrong. Somehow I figured pull-ups to be an upper body exercise, and that it wouldn't affect the core that much. I'm hanging from a pull-up-bar, how much strain on the abdomens could there be? More than I'd guess apparently :D That's a time saver then, isn't it? Or…

Hello everyone! I'd love running friends so please add me, I'm currently training for my second 100km race. I'm both excited and terrified, this is going to be awesome!

Feel free to add me as well. It's Always nice to make new freinds!

Click on the name of the person you want to add, and the select the button "Add as friend". Took me several days to figure out

Hi fattyfat77, I need to loose 10kg as well and I'm 41 as well. Feel free to add me, I could use a friendly cheer too from time to time!

Same here. Last year I skipped some of my weight lifting routine (it being exceptionally boring) and got injured. I'm not doing the same mistake twice though.…

Hi, I'm new to MFP and would like some friends. I have 10kg to loose, but if I happened to build some muscles along the I wouldn't mind. Feel free to add me as a friend!

I noticed today that I'm as agile as the average refrigerator. I used to be really flexible. The usual excuses (I was younger back then, I trained martial arts and I didn't spend as much time in the gym) comes to mind, but I try to tell my self it's just bad excuses and nothing more. Which is why I, as of today, will…

Right or wrong, I've picked my favorite exercises and made my own program. So, I'm no expert but I figured any lifting is better than no lifting, and I still haven't found a program online as fun as my own. I add and remove exercises as I see fit to keep me amused, and it seems to be working. I've tried for years to learn…

Hi, I'm new to this group. I logged 1411 miles during 2014 and spent quite some time rehabilitating a sprained ankle. The plan is to increase the mileage slightly but carefully. I don't want to ruin yet another season with injuries. I'm planning to finish my second 100km race as well and loose the last 10 kilograms still…
